About the Role
DNK is a property management system (PMS) tailored for countries in the Asia-Pacific region streamlining operations with tools for management, marketing, leasing, and building operations.
The DNK platform supports rental property owners and managers by combining global standards with local nuances, including language, currency, and legal requirements.
This role involves initiating our sales operations in Japan and driving new customer acquisition & existing account management for our Property Management System (PMS) product, designed to maximize net operating income (NOI) of various rental housing assets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention to drive a healthy business growth.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for achieving business goals (e.g. revenue, new customer acquisitions, etc), including hiring and building the right team of sales talents
- Develop and implement effective customer acquisition and account management strategies to achieve growth targets
- Identify and target high potential PMS customers, develop outreach strategies, and convert leads into customers
- Manage relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and ensure they are satisfied with our PMS
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in growing the customer base and drive a higher revenue per customer
- Work closely with leaders of marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and improve customer experience
Qualifications
- You have a rich experience of over 10 years in the real-estate industry or relevant products & services, preferably having a rich network across asset management companies (AMCs) and property management companies (PMCs).
- You have a functional expertise in sales, customer acquisition, or account management.
- You are a self-starter who is comfortable taking responsibilities and autonomy of driving business initiatives and achieving goals.
- You possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams and leading collaborations to create impacts together.
- You are someone who respects yourself, others, and growth opportunities, motivating the team with a strong leadership.
