About the Role
DNK is a property management system (PMS) tailored for countries in the Asia-Pacific region streamlining operations with tools for management, marketing, leasing, and building operations.
The DNK platform supports rental property owners and managers by combining global standards with local nuances, including language, currency, and legal requirements.
This role involves driving the product marketing strategy and execution for our Property Management System (PMS) product, designed to maximize net operating income (NOI) of various rental housing assets. You will play a crucial role in defining our product's market position, expanding market reach, and ensuring our product meets customer needs and market demand to drive a healthy business growth.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for achieving goals for marketing KPIs, including lead generation, top-funnel lead conversion, and product adoption rates
- Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance market presence
- Identify and target key market segments, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive product positioning and messaging
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and support teams to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies across the organization
- Create compelling marketing content, including sales collateral, case studies, white papers, and website content to communicate product value
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate leads and drive customer acquisition
- Analyze marketing performance data, track KPIs, and share regular updates and insights across the organization
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Japanese and Korean
- Over 10 years of product marketing, preferably in the software or SaaS business.
- You are a self-starter who is comfortable taking responsibilities and autonomy of driving marketing initiatives and achieving goals.
- You possess strong marketing and analytical skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and the capability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams and leading collaborations to create impactful marketing strategies.
